These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at vehiclerecordcheck.com and all related services operated by Vehicle Record Check ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

Our Services

Vehicle Record Check provides access to vehicle history reports compiled from publicly available and licensed third-party data sources including, but not limited to:

• National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS)
• National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA)
• State Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) records
• Insurance industry data providers
• Auto auction records and inspection data
• Law enforcement and theft databases

We provide these services "as-is" and our reports are intended to supplement — not replace — a professional vehicle inspection.

User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access.
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Not share your account credentials with any third party.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Purchases & Payment

All purchases are subject to the following terms:

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe and/or PayPal.
• By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
• Report purchases are generally non-refundable once the report has been generated and delivered. See our Refund Policy for exceptions.

Report Usage

Vehicle history reports purchased from Vehicle Record Check are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only, unless you have entered into a separate commercial agreement with us. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute report data to third parties.
• Use report data to build a competing vehicle history database or service.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated methods to access our data.
• Use the data for any purpose that violates the DPPA or other applicable laws.

Data Accuracy

Vehicle Record Check aggregates data from public and private sources. Some events may not be reflected in our reports if they were not reported to the relevant agencies. We strongly recommend a professional physical inspection before any vehicle purchase.

Intellectual Property

All content on VehicleRecordCheck.com — including text, graphics, logos, report formats, and software — is the exclusive property of Vehicle Record Check and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm any individual.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any other malicious code.
• Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems.
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VEHICLE RECORD CHECK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific report that gave rise to the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
